Hi, my name is Luis Morteo. I am the president of Co-Dubuque and publisher at Co-ZINE Magazine. I was born and partially raised in Dubuque. I grew up in Chicago suburbs and then moved to Guttenberg and then back to Dubuque. I recently moved back to Dubuque two years ago after living in Chicago for three years and traveling across the country for two years. I came back to help family and then created Co-Dubuque with a good group of people.

I would describe myself as very determined and a busy-body. I am passionate about bringing people together and creating atmospheres where peers and youth can have places to go to and be comfortable where they live.
