Hi, my name is Julia Theisen. I am originally from Oxford, England, and I met my husband who is originally from Dubuque at a five-day training retreat in Monterey Bay in California. I am very proud to say that Dubuque is my home. I’m an entrepreneur in this community and an active community member, and I just really love doing my life here.

I’m passionate about world peace. I used to say I’m passionate about wellness, but what I got really clear about is that I’d like to see people be more fully their essential selves and that ultimately is for peace within and that ultimately is for world peace. I would like to see people be fully themselves and be their essential selves.
