Hi, my name is Jeff Lenhart. What keeps me here in Dubuque is the people. I’ve had in the last four years more ideas in Dubuque than I’ve ever had in my entire adult life as far as accomplishing my goals in Dubuque. Maybe it’s because it’s a river town. I know when Mark Twain was alive, the river had a lot of inspiration for him but it is the people that keep me grounded here.

I’m passionate about helping the homeless because we’re all human and we all make mistakes but those mistakes shouldn’t define us as a person. We all have baggage in our life, but if you can see within a person beyond their looks and just know that there are people out there who believe in them—that’s my goal in life, to help people see their lives to their true potential.
